  If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a             correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.

  Salon Cotteta accepts mastercard, visa, and discover. Gratuities are accepted and preferred in cash only.

  The industry average is 15%-20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice.

  Hair and chemical services may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques or length of hair.


 

  Cancellation Policy

  Our salon professionals reserve time exclusively for you and your service(s). In the event you need to reschedule,             modify or cancel your appointment(s)  –please provide a minimum 24 hours.  Salon Cotteta professionals need ample   time to care for all their clientele’s appointments enabling them to assist you with your rescheduling as well as to             reassign your appointment time(s) to another client.

  Returned Checks – You are held accountable and responsible for any and all bank charges for returned checks.


  Gift Certificates

  Gift certificates are provided through Salon Cotteta for all Hair Services, Products and Boutique items.


 

  Walk-ins and Same Day Appointments

  Walk-ins and sameday appointments are welcome. Please keep in mind the majority of our salon professionals               preschedule appointments for their clientele. Therefore, we suggest to schedule ahead with your salon professional       to reserve your preferred day and time for your appointments.
